Maroon Bells Proposal Photos — Jordan contacted me a few weeks before he wanted to propose to his girlfriend, Allexa. They were making a road trip to Allexa’s parent’s house in Delta, Colorado and were planning on stopping in Aspen on the way. Neither of them had seen Maroon Bells before, and Jordan decided it would be the perfect location for his proposal! If you haven’t been to Maroon Bells before, it is the most photographed place in all of Colorado. The majestic mountains surrounding Maroon Lake are unlike any other.

Because it is so popular, I was a little worried about finding Jordan and Allexa in the crowd! Not only is it a busy area, but there isn’t any cell service! So I made sure to be as clear as possible with Jordan beforehand to tell him where we would be “hiding”, what we’d be wearing, and the best place for him to propose to Allexa.

Once we spotted them and their dog, Zoey, we stayed behind and watched them walk along the lake. They stopped to take in the view and Jordan gave Allexa the sweetest hug. Then I’m sure he said some sweet words before he got down on one knee! Of course Allexa said yes! We captured the moment from a distance and then came up to congratulate them. We spent the next half hour walking along the lake taking more photos of the two of them and their dog, Zoey. I’m sure these two had so much fun sharing the news with their family that evening! Congratulations, Allexa and Jordan! We are so excited for the two of you and we hope you have fun planning your incredible wedding!
